Returns and Exchanges Policy

Thank you for choosing Lone Wolf Craft Studio. We take pride in creating custom handmade items, each unique in its own way. Please be aware that due to the individuality of wood and the staining process, the final product may vary from what is shown on our website.

Personalized Items:
We do not accept returns on personalized items. They are crafted specifically for you, but contact us for a solution.

Returns Timeframe:
Returns are accepted within 15 days of the delivery date. After this period, we won’t be able to process your return.

Contact Us:
For a smooth returns process, contact us via email at sales@lonewolfcraftstudio.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please provide a reason for the return and include any applicable pictures in your communication.

Packaging:
To prevent damage during transit, ensure your item is carefully packaged. Write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Shipping Insurance and Item Inspection:

Shipping Insurance:
To ensure the safe transit of your returned items, we recommend customers purchase adequate shipping insurance. Lone Wolf Craft Studio is not responsible for any damage that may occur during transit.

Customer Responsibility for Damage and Loss of Value:
Customers are responsible for any loss of value to the items during the return process. It is advisable to package the items securely to prevent damage.

Item Inspection:
Upon arrival at our facility, all returned items will undergo a thorough inspection for any damages. Please note: refunds will not be issued until the inspection has been completed. We value the quality of our products and want to ensure that they are returned in the same condition they were sent.

Refund Process:
Please allow 10-14 business days for the refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping Costs:
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable for any reason. If a free shipping offer was used, an amount equivalent to the actual shipping charges incurred by us will be deducted from the refund amount.
