The following shows our store terms and conditions and frequently asked questions. Please feel free to contact us directly if you have any concerns or questions before or after you have placed your order.

We accept the following payment types. Our payment processor is PayPal. You do not have to create a Paypal account to purchase through us.

* Sales tax is only applicable to merchandise shipped to Tennessee address.

When you create a login or order from us you will have access to your most recent orders.  These will appear in your profile dashboard.

Disputes will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We ship out all of our items via a trackable shipment. Once that shipment has left our facility it is in the hands of the carrier. We recommend insuring your package for these reasons.

Please be aware that these signs are all custom made and may not look exactly as shown due to differences in the wood and how the stain changes those differences.

Please allow 5 to 7 business days for shipping. These signs are hand-made to order and take time to process.

Please understand with the delays in the shipping industry due to COVID once your order has shipped it may be delayed. Please allow time for those delays.

Shipping and handling charges are added to your order at checkout. We always use a method that is trackable for shipping.

Insurance should be purchased when choosing your shipment option and is not automatic. Please note that any damage that occurs during shipment is the fault of the carrier and not of Lone Wolf Craft Studio. Damage claims will have to be processed through the shipping carrier.

Shipping charges are not refundable for ANY REASON. Return shipping will be provided by the customer and must arrive in the expected condition for credit.

Currently, we do not offer gift cards. This is something we will consider for the future.

Please contact us if you have a special request and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Please NO returns on personalized items. Returns are allowed up to 15 days after the shipping date. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Follow the steps below for a seamless returns process:

  • For each item, please indicate a reason for return using by contacting us via email at sales@lonewolfcraftstudio.com and obtain an RMA#
  • Package your item carefully as to not be damaged during transport and write the RMA # on the outside of the package.
  • Take your package to the nearest UPS or USPS location. Please make note of your tracking number so that you are able to track it on its way back to us.

You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 10-14 business days from the time your package arrives back to us for a refund to be issued.
