Shipping Policy
Processing Time
At Lone Wolf Craft Studio, each item is handcrafted with care. Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after purchase.
During holidays, sales events, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Shipping Methods
We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Delivery times provided by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email when available.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may require additional shipping charges before they can be resent.
Lost Packages
Once an order has been accepted by the carrier, delivery becomes the responsibility of the carrier. We will gladly assist customers with locating packages or filing claims when appropriate, but we cannot guarantee reimbursement for carrier-related delays or losses.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label. Damage claims will be handled through the carrier’s declared value or insurance program when applicable.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Return Authorization Required
All return requests must be submitted and approved within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
Handmade Product Policy
Because our products are handcrafted, returns are not automatically accepted. Requests for returns due to personal preference, ordering the wrong item, changing your mind, or no longer wanting the item will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and approved solely at our discretion.
Non-Refundable Shipping Charges
All shipping charges are non-refundable, including original shipping charges and return shipping costs.
Return Condition
Authorized returns must be received in their original condition. Items that have been used, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without proper packaging may not qualify for a refund.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is the result of our error, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue through replacement, repair, or carrier claim procedures as appropriate.
Custom and Personalized Orders
Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or we made an error in fulfilling the order.
Production Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations cannot be guaranteed and may be refused.
Natural Variations
Due to the handmade nature of our products and the natural characteristics of wood, slight variations in wood grain, texture, color, distressing, and finish are expected and are not considered defects.
Seasonal Merchandise
Seasonal and holiday items purchased for a specific season or holiday may not be eligible for return after that holiday has passed.
Refused Deliveries
Packages refused by the customer or returned due to an incorrect address are not eligible for a refund of shipping charges. Any refund issued will be reduced by the original shipping costs and any return shipping charges assessed by the carrier.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
